How do I order?
All products at anerkjendt.com can be purchased immediately. It is only possible to order our products online by placing an order yourself. If you have trouble placing an order on anerkjendt.com, you are most welcome to contact our customer service for help.
When do you withdraw the money?
We will not withdraw the money until we ship the order.
"When can I expect to have my item delivered?"
At anerkjendt.com we ship your new sassy items with GLS, which means that you will receive your package within 2-5 working days if you order before 12:00 pm.
Which countries does anerkjendt.com deliver to?
At Anerkjendt, we want to give everyone in Europe the opportunity to pamper themselves or their loved ones with our products, and it is therefore possible to order from all EU countries except Greenland, the Faroe Islands and Iceland.
How do I pay?
We accept the following payment methods and credit cards
Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB Cards, American Express, Diners Club, iDeal, MobilePay Online.
There is no additional charge for the use of credit cards at anerkjendt.com.
Before payment, you will be notified of what products you have ordered and at what price.
The amount will not be deducted from your account until we ship the products from our warehouse. You will receive an order confirmation within a short time via email. It is not possible to prepay or pay via online banking or e-cash at anerkjendt.com
How do I return an item?
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day the full order is delivered to you.
If you come from one of the following countries below, the return procedure is as described:
Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Poland
Here it is quite simple to return the items you did not need anyway, just use the enclosed return label we have paid the freight and your return is completely free. Should you be so unlucky that a return label is not included in your order by mistake, you simply contact our customer service per. mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be ready to correct the error.
All other countries which are not mentioned in any of the above procedure pay the return shipping themselves, and send to the address below within the described return rules. We regret that we are unfortunately unable to provide the same service to all countries at present, but we are working to find a solution that will enable even more countries.
