FAQ
How long is the delivery time?
At Anerkjendt we strive to send your order as soon as possible. Orders placed before 12 pm will be dispatched the same day - otherwise the following business day.
Goods are delivered every weekday. You can typically expect to receive your order 2-5 business days after placing your order (up to 14 days for UK
customers).
Express deliveries are not offered.

We ship to countries listed below with shipping prices starting from €6.95. The final delivery cost is shown at checkout and depends on your delivery:

Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to the Faroe Islands, Iceland, Greenland, or Northern Ireland.
How long can I return my items?
If you wish to return one or more items from your order, you need to do this within 14 days of receiving your order. Within this period, you must register your return online via our return portal.
Once your return is registered, you then have 14 days to send the items back to us.
Please remember that all items must be returned in their original packaging, in unused condition, and with all original tags and price labels attached.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we have received your return, the amount for the returned items will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase. You will automatically receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

How do I make a claim for an item purchased at Anerkjendt.com?
Contact our customer service. If you wish to make a claim for an item purchased online at www.anerkjendt.com, please email us at shop@anerkjendt.com with a description and photos of the issue, along with your order number, product name, style number, and size.
Please do not return faulty items before contacting customer service. Claims cannot be registered or returned through our return portal.
How do I make a claim for an item purchased elsewhere?
Contact the store or webshop where the item was purchased.
If you bought your item from a third party (another webshop or a physical store), please contact the store directly where the purchase was made, as they will be able to assist you with your claim.
