By placing an order at Anerkjendt, you confirm that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. The version applicable to your order is the one accepted at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in product images, colour representation, pricing, sold-out items, and obvious pricing mistakes.

3. ORDER
How to place an order on anerkjendt.com:
1. Click on the desired product, select your size, and add the item(s) to your basket.
2. Go to your basket and review your selection, including size, colour, and quantity.
3. Proceed to checkout and accept the terms and conditions.
4. Enter your billing and delivery details. At this step, you can also sign up for our newsletter to receive updates on campaigns and offers, and add a discount code if applicable.
5. Choose your delivery option and payment method, then complete your purchase.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email, and your parcel will be on its way shortly.
*Please note that two-factor authentication may be required when paying by card, depending on your card issuer and payment method. You are responsible for ensuring that all information entered during checkout is correct, as we are unable to verify or edit these details after the order has been placed.
Prices
All prices at anerkjendt.com are shown including VAT and can be displayed in DKK, EUR, NOK, SEK, or GBP, depending on your selected currency.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change prices without prior notice.
Change or cancel an order
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us at shop@anerkjendt.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations are possible, as this depends on the order status and busy periods.
Orders that have already been prepared for shipment cannot be cancelled.
4. DELIVERY
At Anerkjendt, we strive to send your order as soon as possible. Orders placed before 14 PM will be dispatched the same day; otherwise, the following business day.
Goods are delivered every weekday. You can typically expect to receive your order 2-5 business days after placing your order (up to 14 days for UK customers). Express deliveries are not offered.
Orders are shipped with GLS and are fully insured. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to the Faroe Islands, Iceland, Greenland, or Northern Ireland.
*Please note that delivery times are estimates. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. PAYMENT
At Anerkjendt, your security is our priority. All payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways, ensuring that your payment details are protected in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
We accept the following payment methods (depending on the country):

When paying by card, the order amount will be reserved at the time of purchase and only charged once your order has been processed and shipped. We will never charge a higher amount than the one approved by you at checkout.
All prices are shown including VAT.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders for sold-out or discontinued items.
6. RETURN
14-DAYS FULL RETURN POLICY AT ANERKJENDT.COM
If you wish to return one or more items from your order, you need to do this within 14 days of receiving your order. Within this period, you must register your return online via our return portal. Once your return is registered, you then have 14 days to send the items back to us.
Please remember that all items must be returned in their original packaging, in unused condition, and with all original tags and price labels attached. When returning
an item, you are responsible for ensuring that it is securely and properly packaged. You bear the risk for the item from the time it is delivered to you
until we have received it back.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1) Register your return online
Go to our return portal and register your return before sending your package back to us.
Use your order number (AKCOM…) and the email address you used when placing your order.
2) Receive return instructions
After registering, you will receive a confirmation and an email with further return information and instructions.

How to return depending on country
Please note that our return process varies depending on the country you are returning from. This is due to different return options provided by our partner courier, GLS, and therefore not something we can change individually.
For customers from Belgium, Germany, Poland, Sweden, Ireland or Luxenbourg
- You will receive a return label in the email.
- Follow the return instructions provided.
- Drop off your package at a GLS Parcel Shop.
- Please note that a return fee of 6 EUR will be deducted from your refund.
For customers from Denmark
- You will receive an email with QR return code.
- Follow the return instructions provided.
- Drop off your package at a GLS Parcel Shop.
- Please note that a return fee of 40 DKK will be deducted from your refund.
For customers from all other countries
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to send your return to us.
- Follow the return instructions provided.
- Drop off your package at your chosen courier service.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs yourself, and no return fee will be deducted.
3) Wait for your refund
Once we have received your return, the amount for the returned items will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase. You will automatically receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please note that this process can take up to 7–10 business days.
Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs, will be refunded no later than 14 days from the date we receive notification of your withdrawal. Please note that delivery costs will not be refunded if only part of your order is returned.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned items, or until you have provided documentation that the items have been sent back.
If the returned items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function, any resulting reduction in value may be deducted from the refund amount.
Conditions of goods upon return
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try on the product as if you were trying it on in a physical store. If hangtags, price tags etc. are damaged or removed from the product, it is considered used and therefore cannot be returned.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, depending on the
commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - the return - you will only receive a partial refund or no purchase amount at all. In order to get the
full purchase amount back, you must test the product without actually using it.
7. CLAIMS
Received a wrong or defective item?

If you have received a wrong or faulty item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact our customer service at shop@anerkjendt.com before returning the item, so we can help you with the right solution.
Wish to make a claim for an item purchased at anerkjendt.com?
Contact our customer service
You have a 24-month right of complaint in accordance with applicable national consumer protection laws. This applies to manufacturing and material defects.
If you wish to make a claim for an item purchased online at www.anerkjendt.com, please email us at shop@anerkjendt.com with a description of the issue and your order number. To speed up the process, please also include photos of the defect along with the product name, style number, and size.
Please do not return faulty items to us before contacting customer service. Claims cannot be registered or returned through our return portal.

If you bought your item from a third party (another webshop or physical store), please contact the store directly where the item was purchased.

If you are unhappy with our service, delivery, or the handling of your order, please
